Ingredienser

  • 1 cup homemade almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana, sllightly thawed
  • 2 handfulls leafy greens (if this is your first try, go with spinach, it has a rather neutral taste)
  • 1 Tbsp nut butter (I advice you to use almond butter or cashew butter as other nut butters tend to dominate the taste of the smoothie)
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 Tbsp ground chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
  • 1 knob of fresh ginger
