1 1/4 Cups Almond Flour
1 1/4 Cups Confectioners Sugar 1/3 Cup Superfine Sugar
3 egg whites ( room temperature )
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted 2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 Vanilla Bean scraped
Food Coloring Optional)
